着眼人才素质培养 开展“学法指导”实验

从1984年以来,我们开展了“学法指导”实验,学生的学习能力、解决问题的能力和实际操作能力都有了较大的提高。不但在全市连续几年统考中,语、数两科合格率均达到95%,而且在其它各类竞赛中,也取得了好成绩。省教委曾组织验收团对我校进行全面考察,验收团对我校开展“学法指导”实验促进学生素质提高的成果作了肯定的评价。回顾我们的工作,大致可分为以下两个方面: 转变观念,使学生成为学习的主人 80年代初,我们在学习外地先进的教育思想时,认识到学生在学习中处于主体地位,他们应是学习的主人。但是过去我们忽视这一点,只重视发挥教师的作用。为了使学生逐步成为学习的主人,我们认为不仅要教给学生知识,还应教给学生学习方法,培养各种能力。因而我们开展了“学法指导”的实验。具体做法是: 1.改革教学内容,变“单一式”为“复合式”。那就是既要重视教材知识信息,又要注意方法信息,把知识和方法融于教学内容之中。具体做法分两步:1.梳理学法,即从大纲、教材中挖掘学法因素,同时,结合教师的教学经验,对学生应具备的学习方法进行分类,它包括学习过程诸环节的学法指导、学生学习心理的指导、学科学习方法等。2.把学法指导落在实处。需做两项工作,一是从教学管理上落实,要求教师在备、教、批、辅 Since 1984, we have carried out the “study of law guidance” experiment, students’ learning ability, problem solving ability and practical ability have been greatly improved.
