介绍26×9-14.5NHS 24PR I-1草地轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径655 mm,断面宽240 mm,行驶面宽度210 mm,行驶面弧度高7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径368 mm,胎圈着合宽度152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.123 1,花纹深度7 mm,花纹饱和度86%,花纹周节数48。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用4层高强度1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包、指形正包成型机成型,液压式B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到设计和国家标准要求。
Introduce the design of 26 × 9-14.5NHS 24PR I-1 turf tires. Structure design: 655 mm in outer diameter, 240 mm in width, 210 mm in width, 7.5 mm in radian, 368 mm in bead diameter, 152 mm in bead width, H_1 / H_2 ) 1.123 1, pattern depth 7 mm, pattern saturation 86%, the number of pattern weeks 48. Construction design: The tread adopts two sides and three pieces of structure. The carcass is made of 4 layers of high strength 1400dtex / 2 nylon 6 dipped rubber curtains. The capsule is reverse wrapped, the fingers are shaped and the B type hydraulic curing machine is vulcanized. Finished product performance test results show that the outer edge of the finished tire size and physical properties have reached the design and national standards.
