今年以来,随着社会主义教育运动的深入开展,我厂各級干部阶級觉悟不断提高,认真执行了干部参加生产劳动的制度。全厂22名生产管理干部1～8月份参加劳动1386天,平均每人63天,其中3名厂級干部平均不少于60天。外勤干部回厂后也自动挤出时間参加劳动。通过干部坚持上崗参加劳动,密切了干群关系,解决了不少生产关鍵問題,大大鼓舞了工人的劳动热情,有效地促进了生产。今年头八个月水泥产量超过国家計划13.1%,比去年同期增长86.3%;水泥平均标号达到476号,比以往任何一年都好;产品成本比去年下降29.08%,企业盈利也有很大增长;全厂7項主要技术經济指标已有6項超过本厂历史最高纪录,其中质量、产量、成本、劳动生产率等主要指标已接近或赶上1963年末全国同类企业
