目的快速评价家栖鼠毒饵适口性,为城区秋季灭鼠采购毒饵提供依据。方法 2016年8月中旬以在养殖场、商场、超市、餐饮店和居民区等生境捕获的优势家栖鼠作为试验鼠。通过实验室模拟现场快速测定毒饵摄食系数以评价毒饵适口性。结果 1~6号试验组毒饵消耗量分别为112.81、113.40、116.72、101.76、126.89和130.99 g,无毒基饵的消耗量分别为120.24、104.94、117.19、136.40、125.14和128.96 g,摄食系数分别为0.94、1.08、1.00、0.75、1.01和1.02,适口性全部达到A级。结论 6份毒饵适口性全部良好,可结合价格、毒力、安全性等综合指标择优选择1种或几种毒饵用于城区秋季灭鼠行动,该研究可以快速评价毒饵适口性,适宜在市(县)级疾病预防控制机构推广应用。
Aim To evaluate the palatability of home rat poison bait quickly and provide the basis for purchasing poison bait in urban area in the autumn. Methods In mid-August 2016, the dominant domestic animals captured in habitats such as farms, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and residential areas were used as experimental mice. The bait feeding coefficient was rapidly determined by laboratory simulation to evaluate the bait palatability. Results The consumption of baits in experimental groups 1 to 6 were 112.81, 113.40, 116.72, 101.76, 126.89 and 130.99 g, respectively. The consumption of non-toxic bait was 120.24, 104.94, 117.19, 136.40, 125.14 and 128.96 g respectively. 0.94, 1.08, 1.00, 0.75, 1.01 and 1.02, all palatability A level. Conclusions All the six baits are good for palatability. One or more baits can be selected for the purpose of urban rodent control in combination with comprehensive indexes such as price, virulence and safety. The research can quickly evaluate the palatability of baits, County) level disease prevention and control agencies to promote the application.
