刊授党校是我国社会主义改革开放时代的产物,她的产生和发展是适应社会政治经济发展需要的。在我国即将进入21世纪,社会主义现代化建设正日益加快建设步伐,社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立和完善之时,面临着这样的新形势,刊授党校如何继续发展,如何适应新形势新任务,为社会主义经济建设培养更多更高素质的人才,已是摆在我们办学单位的一个新课题、新任务。就我学区几年来的办学经验看,主要应该从以下三个方面做好工作。要依靠各级党委的重视和支持刊授党校的创建,是在中央和各级党委的重视和支持下创立的一所具有时代特色的业余党校。在改革开放之初,我国经济要恢复发展,社会各项事业要进行大规模建设,这些都需要大量的合格的人才作保证作后盾。人才哪里来?要靠教育,办教育,要建立教育基地,要有教育场所,但在当时没有财力,没有经济条件。怎么办?要靠各级党委的支持,刊授党校就是在这种情况下,寻找各级党委支持,上到中组部、中宣部,各省、各自治区、直辖市党委,下到各市、县党委的强有力的支持。在各级党委的重视和关怀下,刊授党校这个新生事物应运而生了。通过十几年辛
