一、堵塞现象的出现我厂使用小制氧机已有40年的历史,在1984年和1986年先后上两套杭氧产 KFON-150/600型制氧机取代原苏式制氧机。在长期的使用过程中,经常发现CCl4液氧液面计因管路填塞而失效。当被迫采用反吹等方法时,收效又甚微。众所周知,液氧液面计是空分塔重要的安全装置之一,是空分行业操作调节的重要指标和依据。没有液面计这只“眼睛”,轻者靠高压来保持高液氧液面,维持短时间生产(而且易发生严重后果,我厂1984年就曾发生严重事故);重者需停车重新加热吹扫。这样,不仅水、电、汽消耗猛增,经济上造成浪费,而且影响了全厂生产。
