中国台湾地区非常重视创造力教育,通过一系列立法与官方计划提供“政策”保障。在实施过程中,台湾教育主管部门积极推进相关“政策”和计划,其他部门给予积极支援,各地市成立创造力学习中心等;在各学段开发创造力课程,小学阶段以跨学习领域的专题课程为主,中学阶段特别重视科技创新能力的培养,探索开设高中与高校合作的“科学班”;通过让教师参加大学、教育主管部门、教育研究机构组织的培训和研习等活动,培育创造力教育师资。台湾完整的“政策”体系、以人为本的价值导向和开放的社会参与方式,对中国大陆进行创新人才培养具有重要启示。
