目的:观察西帕依固龈液治疗错颌畸形矫治过程中牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分成2组各60例,观察组使用西帕依固龈液,对照组使用口泰漱口液,分别含漱治疗,每天3~5次,连续治疗4周复查,观察记录菌斑指数(PLI),评定疗效。结果:治疗后,2组PLI均下降,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),2组PLI比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液治疗错颌畸形矫治过程中牙龈炎疗效较口泰漱口液更优,是一种安全、有效的牙龈炎治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xipayi gingival fluid in the treatment of gingivitis in the treatment of malocular deformity. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases. The observation group was treated with xipayi gingival fluid. The control group was treated with mouth-mouth rinse. Each group was rinsed three to five times daily for 4 weeks. Observed record plaque index (PLI), assess the efficacy. Results: After treatment, PLI in both groups decreased, compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). There was significant difference in PLI between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Xipayi gingival crevicular fluid on gingivitis is better than that of Yitai gargle in the treatment of malocular deformity, which is a safe and effective gingivitis treatment.
