目的 探索胆汁或 /和胰液与肠道隔离对大鼠血浆脑肠肽含量和胰腺炎症变化程度的影响。方法 观察对比胆胰管结扎组 (A组 )及胆胰管加胆总管结扎组 (B组 )、胆胰管结扎加胆总管结扎及胆汁内引流组 (C组 )、胆总管结扎组 (D组 )和对照组 (E组 )血浆胆囊收缩素八肽 (CCK OP)及生长抑素 (SS OP)在不同时点的含量及胰腺组织学变化。结果 A ,B ,C ,D组血浆CCK OP及SS OP在术后 3h明显高于E组 (P <0 0 5) ;A ,B组明显高于C ,D组 (P <0 0 5)。A ,B组之间及C ,D组之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。术后 6h及 2 4h ,A ,B ,C ,D组血浆CCK OP及SS OP含量均降至正常值。A ,B组血浆淀粉酶含量在各个时点均明显高于正常值 (P <0 .0 5)。A ,B组间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。C组血淀粉酶高于D ,E组 (P <0 .0 5) ,但明显低于A ,B组 (P <0 .0 5)。D ,E组血浆淀粉酶均无明显升高。A ,B组胰腺呈明显水肿及渗出 ,胰腺炎症记分明显高于C ,D ,E组 (P <0 0 5) ,A ,B组之间无明显差异 (P <0 0 5)。C组胰腺轻度肿胀 ,但无炎症变化。结论 胆汁和胰腺同时与肠道隔离后血浆CCK OP及SS OP升高幅度明显大于单纯胆汁或胰液与肠道的隔离 ,并可致胰腺炎症改变 ;胆汁是否返流至胰管与胰腺的炎症变化程度无明显关系。
Objective To explore the effects of bile and / or pancreatic juice and gut isolation on the content of gut and gut and the degree of pancreatitis in rats. The plasma amylase levels in group A and B were significantly higher than normal at all time points (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between A and B groups (P> 0.05). Blood amylase in group C was higher than those in groups D and E (P <0.05), but significantly lower than those in groups A and B (P <0.05). D, E group plasma amylase were no significant increase. The pancreas of group A and B showed obvious edema and exudation, and the score of pancreatitis was significantly higher than that of group C, D and E (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group A and B (P <0.05). C group mild swelling of the pancreas, but no changes in inflammation. Conclusions The increase of plasma CCK OP and SS OP in bile and pancreas at the same time with the intestine is obviously higher than that of pure bile or pancreatic juice and intestine, and can change the inflammation of the pancreas. The bile flow back to the change of inflammation in the pancreas and pancreas There is no obvious relationship.
