精明,干练,睿智,儒雅——是湖北省监利县劳动和社会保障局局长杨明松留给记者的印象。他曾是总后勤部的一名正营职军官,转业后出任监利县委党史办副主任、县志办主任,主持编纂了《监利县人民革命史》、《监利县志》。《监利县志》被评为全国二等奖,杨明松被评为全国党史先进工作者。1998年抗洪救灾期间,他始终战斗在第一线,被省人民政府授予“抗洪救灾先进个人”称号。三年前,他由县政府办公室副主任调任现职。他风风火火,大刀阔斧,身体力行勤政廉洁,将江汉平原这个140万人口大县的劳动和社会保障工作搞得有声有色!
