大豆在开花前对温度、日照时数和光质的反应并非始终同一。器官建成的时期Ⅱ是光周期敏感期,最适光周期为8小时日照。红光有阻碍发育的作用。在时期Ⅴ大豆对温度的要求提高了,对光照条件的要求改变了。最适光周期为12小时日照。在8小时日照条件下,红光对时期Ⅴ有促进作用。运用生物学检定的方法,有助于研究作物对环境条件的适应性。
