在工业车间有着形形色色、门类繁多的动力与加工设备,它们的高强度噪声不仅对车间操作工人的听力、心血管系统、中枢神经系统受着不良影响,还对周围环境造成噪声污染,使邻近居民难于入眠,得不到良好的休息和工作。对工业生产噪声进行控制不仅是劳动保护和环境保护部门的职责,也是广大建筑设计人员不可推卸的责任。政府已一再重申:在建设项目中必须坚持环境污染防治的“三同时”,建筑设计人员应在设计中认真贯彻执行环保法,设计中不但要满足工艺及其他功能要求,还须创造宁静的声学环境。我国的噪声污染几乎带有普遍性而且严重,设备设计部门很少从噪声指标方面予以控制,另一方面,建筑设计人员也不够重视,每每在噪声激起了居民公愤后才加以治理,结果事倍而功半。现就若干建筑设计方面的抑制措施简述如下:
