从我国老年人住宅建设投资运作存在的问题入手 ,结合老龄化发展的实际需要 ,针对当前建设资金严重不足这一制约发展的因素 ,探讨如何利用各种有效的投资手段 ,大力发展老年人住宅建设。
Starting with the problems existing in the investment and operation of housing construction for the elderly in our country and combining with the actual needs of the development of the aging population, aiming at the factors restricting the development of the current serious shortage of funds for construction, this paper discusses how to utilize all kinds of effective investment methods to develop the housing construction for the elderly .
