洛美沙星(Lomefloxacin)为第三代氟喹诺酮类药物,具有抗菌谱广,吸收良好,组织分布广泛,半衰期长和血药浓度高等优点,因而国外已广泛应用于治疗各种感染性疾病。国产洛美沙星已于近年研制成功,我们使用洛美沙星和氧氟沙星片剂治疗呼吸道感染70例,结果报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 试验设计 试验分两阶段进行,第一阶段为随机双盲平行对照,前瞻性研究。将患者分成A、B两组(洛美沙星试验组与氧氟沙星对照组)各20例。第二阶段为开放无对照观察,使用洛美沙星治疗观察30例患者。 1.2 病例选择 住院和呼吸专科门诊患者,根据症状、
Lomefloxacin, the third generation of fluoroquinolones, has wide antibacterial spectrum, good absorption, wide distribution of tissues, long half-life and high plasma concentration. Therefore, Lomefloxacin has been widely used in the treatment of various infectious diseases in foreign countries. Domestic Lomefloxacin has been successfully developed in recent years, we use Lomefloxacin and Ofloxacin tablets in the treatment of respiratory tract infection in 70 cases, the results reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Experimental Design The experiment was conducted in two phases, the first phase of a randomized double-blind parallel control, prospective study.
