语文是职业学校学生必须学习的一门文化基础学科,是中职生学习各类专业课的基础,也是一门工具学科。学生语文素质的高低,不仅影响着其它学科的学习效果,而且会对他们今后的工作与生活产生重要的影响。中职教育培养的是21世纪社会主义现代化建设的技术人才,这些技术人才今后会在生产、服务、技术和管理领域担任一线劳动者,因此国家对技术应用型人才的要求越来越高。中职学生的是否具有较高的综合素养关系到国家建设的未来。人文素养是综合职业素质的重要内容之一,然而当今中职学生的人文素养现状却不容乐观,这与职业学校人文教育的缺失不无关系。其中语文教学在提高学生人文素养、培养学生人文精神、促进学生情感素质方面有着独特的优势。因此新时期中职学校可以借助语文教学来对学生进行人文素养的培养。
Language is a basic subject of culture that vocational school students must learn. It is also the basis of secondary vocational students’ study of all kinds of specialized courses and a tool discipline. The quality of students’ language not only affects the learning effect of other subjects, but also has an important impact on their future work and life. Secondary vocational education cultivates technical talents for the socialist modernization in the 21st century. Those skilled workers will work as first-line workers in the fields of production, service, technology and management in the future. Therefore, the requirements of the state for skilled personnel of technology are getting higher and higher. Whether vocational students have higher overall quality is related to the future of national construction. Humanistic accomplishment is one of the most important contents of comprehensive professional quality. However, the current situation of humanistic accomplishment of secondary vocational school students is not optimistic, which is not unrelated to the lack of humanistic education in vocational schools. Among them, Chinese teaching has unique advantages in improving students’ humanistic accomplishments, cultivating students’ humane spirit and promoting students’ emotional quality. Therefore, in the new period, secondary vocational schools can make use of Chinese teaching to cultivate students’ humanistic accomplishments.
