第九届全国美展艺术设计展于1999年9月25日在深圳关山月美术馆隆重开幕,第九届全国美展组委会副主任、文化部艺术司司长王文章,深圳市副市长卓钦锐,中国美协党组副书记、秘书长李中贵在开幕式上讲了话,出席开幕式的还有文化部美术处处长刘国华,深圳市人大副主任莫华枢,深圳市委宣传部副部长李小甘,第九届全国美展艺术设计展区组委会名誉主任、深圳市文化局局长苏伟光,第九届全国美展艺术设计展区组委会主任、关山月美术馆馆长董小明,第九届全国美展艺术设计展区组委会副主任、中央工艺美院教授袁运甫,第九届全国美展艺术设计展区评委代表和国内艺术设计界同仁以及香港、澳门的艺术设计界的朋友们共计200多人。海内外的新闻媒体也派出记者来深对展览进行采访和专题报导。出版了大型画集《第九届全国美展艺术设计展作品集》。这是中国美术史上截至目前规模最大的、最隆重的一次艺术设计的交流盛会。集中展示了中国艺术设计高水平的成果,体现了当代中国艺术设计家对改革开放20年来中国人衣、食、住、行向高层次生活品质的发展的关注,对于推动经济发展和今后几十年中国艺术设计的发展均有着重要的意义。
The 9th National Art Exhibition of Art Design was grandly opened on September 25, 1999 at the Guanshanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen. Wang Wenzhang, deputy director of the Ninth National Art Exhibition Organizing Committee, director of the art department of the Ministry of Culture, and vice mayor of Shenzhen Zhuo Qinrui, deputy party secretary of China Association for the United States, Secretary-General Li Zhonggui spoke at the opening ceremony, attended the opening ceremony of the Ministry of Culture Director Liu Guohua, Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress Deputy Director Muhua Shu, Propaganda Department of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee Minister Li Xiaogan, honorary director of the organizing committee of the Ninth National Art Exhibition Art Design District, director of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture Su Weiguang, director of the organizing committee of the Ninth National Art Exhibition Art Design Pavilion, director of the Guan Shanyue Art Museum Dong Xiaoming, Yuan Yunfu, the deputy director of the organizing committee of the National Art Exhibition Art Design District, Yuan Yunfu, professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the judges of the Ninth National Art Exhibition Design District, the colleagues of the domestic art design community, and the friends of the art and design circles of Hong Kong and Macao, totally more than 200 people. News media at home and abroad also dispatched reporters to interview and give special coverage of the exhibition. Published a large painting set “Ninth National Art Exhibition Design Collection.” This is the largest and most grand art exchange event in Chinese art history to date. It focuses on the high-level achievements of Chinese art and design and reflects the concern of contemporary Chinese art and design workers on the development of high-quality living, high quality clothing, food, shelter and transportation in the past 20 years of reform and opening up. The development of Chinese art and design all have important significance.
