目的:了解产妇对健康教育的需求及希望的健康教育方式。方法:采用自行设计的问卷调查表对500例产妇出院前进行健康教育需求的调查。结果:产妇在出院前健康教育的内容上最关心如何判断新生儿是否正常以及一些常见的护理问题,最希望的健康教育方式是专家讲课、护士个别指导、设立热线电话是产妇出院后遇到问题最希望的咨询方式,对健康教育需求项目和方式选择具有多样性。结论:应不断改进健康教育的模式,提高产妇及婴儿的保健水平。
Objectives: To understand the demand of maternal health education and the hope of health education. Methods: A survey of 500 maternal pre-discharge health education needs was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire. Results: The mothers most concerned about the content of pre-discharge health education are how to determine whether the newborn is normal and some common nursing problems. The most desirable way of health education is to give lectures by experts and nurses. The hotline is a problem after discharge from the hospital The most sought-after counseling is the diversity of health education needs and options. Conclusion: The mode of health education should be continuously improved to improve the maternal and infant health care.
