目的 :研究下肢矫形器在儿童足部术后的应用 ,方法 :对 64例足部畸形术后复发的儿童患者在不同时期穿用不同矫形器 ,进行随访。结果 :不同病情、术位时间不同 ,需用矫形器时间不等 ,均无复发。结论 :儿童足部畸形术后及时应用矫形器 ,可巩固手术效果 ,防止复发 ,矫正畸形。
OBJECTIVE: To study the application of lower extremity orthosis in pediatric foot surgery. METHODS: Sixty-four children with recurrence of foot deformity underwent orthosis at different times and were followed up. Results: There were no recurrences in different conditions and time of operation and orthodontic time. Conclusion: The timely application of orthosis in children with foot deformity can consolidate the effect of surgery to prevent recurrence and correct deformity.
