在社区网络教学资源评价过程中，应重视使用层次分析法确定其评价指标权重，利用模糊综合评判法进行综合评价。构建一套行之有效的绩效评估体系与方案，并通过计算机程序进行算法实现，为信息技术与社区教育的整合、构建网络化的绩效评价奠定基础。
