2004年,西藏自治区体育局干部职工将紧紧围绕“一加强、两促进”的历史任务和全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,结合全区体育工作实际,认真学习贯彻党的十六届三中全会和自治区党委六届五次全委(扩大)会议精神,继续认真贯彻落实《中共西藏自治区委员会西藏自治区人民政府关于进一步加强和改进新时期西藏体育工作的意见》,为实现全区体育事业跨越式发展的目标扎实工作。
