抗日战争时期 ,蒋介石作为最高统帅 ,统领全国军队 ,其统兵方略很值得研究。其中既有出于公心为抗战所需的举措 ,也有出于私心发展嫡系、防止异己的谋略 ;既有有利于抗战的成功办法 ,也有不利于抗战的错误行为。具体说 ,其统兵方略可以概括为 :集中国力、动员全国军队共赴国难 ;任用“异己”,调动各路“诸侯”;恩威并施 ,赏罚亲疏有别 ;穷思竭虑 ,严防尾大不掉
During the War of Resistance Against Japan, Chiang Kai-shek, as the supreme commander and the national army, was well worth his research. Both out of the public out of the initiative needed for the war of resistance, but also out of selfish system of development, prevention of alienation strategy; both successful approach is conducive to the war of resistance, but also against the war of wrongdoings. To be more specific, the general plan for its overall deployment can be summarized as follows: concentrating China’s national strength, mobilizing the entire army to go to the national crisis, appointing “alien” people and mobilizing “princes” of various quarters;
