资金作为维护企业正常流转的血液,对企业的生存和发展起着举足轻重的作用。尤其在建筑施工企业僧多粥少的时代,目前资金紧张已成为影响施工企业运转、制约发展的一个重要问题。本文在剖析建筑施工企业资金困境现状的基础上,对造成建筑施工企业资金困难的因素进行了详细分析;并针对这些原因,提出改善建筑施工企业资金困境的对策和措施。
Funds, as the blood that keeps the normal circulation of enterprises, plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises. Especially in the era of less construction and construction enterprises, the current capital shortage has become an important issue affecting the operation of construction enterprises, restricting development. Based on the analysis of the status quo of construction enterprises’ financial difficulties, this paper analyzes in detail the factors that make the construction enterprises difficult to finance. In view of these reasons, it puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the financial difficulties of construction enterprises.
