In June 2005, for the first time to complete the cooperation project with Oxfam Hong Kong, I first set foot on the land of Yunnan. The trip not only visited Oxfam Hong Kong’s poverty alleviation projects in rural areas of Yunnan in accordance with the work plan agreed with Oxfam but also visited the prestigious Stone Forest on the day before leaving Yunnan. It should be said that such a good public-private relationship should satisfy me. However, somehow, I am not happy to get up, instead, I used to feeling some “questions.”
