目的建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯的检测技术。方法对工作场所空气中的丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯,用活性炭管采集,用二硫化碳溶液解吸,经HP-INNOWAX石英弹性毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯的浓度为0μg/ml~500μg/ml时,线性关系良好,检出限分别为1.1μg/ml、0.98μg/ml、0.91μg/ml,最低检出浓度(以1.5 L空气计)分别为0.7 mg/m~3、0.7 mg/m~3、0.6 mg/m~3,解吸效率为91.4%~99.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.9%~3.6%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可同时测定丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯,适用于工作场所空气中丙烯酸酯类的日常监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate in the air by solvent desorption-gas chromatography. Methods Methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate in the air of the workplace were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide solution, separated by HP-INNOWAX quartz capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. Results The linearity of methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate was good at 0μg / ml ~ 500μg / ml with the detection limits of 1.1μg / ml, 0.98μg / ml and 0.91μg / ml, respectively. The results showed that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.9% for the desorption efficiency of 91.4% -99.6% at 0.7 mg / m 3, 0.7 mg / m 3 and 0.6 mg / ~ 3.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can simultaneously measure methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate. It is suitable for the routine monitoring of acrylic in the air in the workplace.
