本文提出用孔穴率、渗透度、当量孔径和容屑性能指数等四个特征量来表征砂轮的孔穴特性,这些特征量避开了砂轮孔穴具体尺寸、形状及其分布的复杂性,从不同角度反映了砂轮孔穴的某些宏观的几何和物理性质,并能与砂轮的磨削性能紧密联系.文中不仅给出了它们的定义和计算依据,而且提供了测量方法.
In this paper, the hole characteristics of the grinding wheel are characterized by four characteristic quantities: porosity, permeability, equivalent pore size and chip resistance index, which avoid the specific size, shape and distribution complexity of the grinding wheel hole. From different angles It reflects some macroscopic geometric and physical properties of the wheel cavities and can be closely linked with the grinding performance of the grinding wheel.In this paper, not only their definitions and calculation basis are given, but also the measurement methods are provided.
