用溴氰菊酯25mga.i/m2和二氯苯醚菊酯500mga.i/m2浸泡两种孔形的棉纺纱大网孔窗帘布.方形孔径为4×4mm和4×7mm,圆形孔径为4×5mm。药帘横贴在试验笼的通道笼与诱饵笼之间,然后放进实验室饲养的大劣按蚊,观察其行为反应和药效作用。结果,两种药浸泡帘布后30-385天12次试验,大劣按蚊平均死亡率为94%以上,最后一次试验死亡率为84%以上。大劣按蚊吸血率对照笼为75%,实验笼溴氰菊酯为5.5%,二氯苯醚菊酯为9.4%。校正防止吸血率分别为92.8%和88.0%(P>0.05)。两种孔形的帘布浸药后对大劣按蚊均具良好的防护作用,可在现场应用。
