芹菜是比较耐低温的蔬菜之一,可短期忍耐零下7—10℃的低温。生长最适气温15—20℃,地温18—23℃,夜间地温5℃时可正常生长,因此,芹菜已成为我省各地庭院温室生产的主要蔬菜种类。一、培育壮苗温室生产芹菜有直播种、育苗移栽两种方法。实践证明,直播的芹菜长势不如育苗移栽。育苗播种时间从6月中旬到8月中旬均可。育苗床1平方米可栽4平方米,每平方米用菜种15克。品种可选烟台大叶或马厂实心,以实心为好。育
