Background: Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) induces an important nonspecific immune effect in a randomized clinical trial in Guinea-Bissau. The re-vaccination of BCG is a significantly increased survival rate compared with young children who received the diphtheria combination vaccine before admission and young children who did not receive micronutrient (MN) Related. In this trial, BCG re-vaccination was associated with a marked increase in survival rate in children who did not receive nutritional supplements. In this trial, the authors evaluated the effect of BCG re-vaccination. Methods: Children were randomly divided into vaccinated BCG group and non-vaccinated BCG group. Blood samples from 6 to 11 weeks after randomisation were taken as early sample group, and blood samples from 5 to 9 months as late sample group. LPS, purified protein derivatives or phytohemagglutinin were tested for stimulation
