通过对聚丙烯腈纤维陶粒混凝土与普通混凝土Z型试件和立方体抗拉试件的加载实验,研究结合面的处理方式、混凝土强度、浇筑时间间隔对2种混凝土粘结性能的影响规律.结果表明:用露骨料水洗剂处理结合面可省时省力地提高结合面的粗糙度、Z型试件的抗剪强度;对结合面的抗拉强度而言,露骨料水洗剂界面虽然对陶粒混凝土与C40混凝土结合面的抗拉强度有提高作用,却降低了与C30混凝土结合面的抗拉强度;在先浇混凝土终凝结束后,缩短2种混凝土先后浇筑时间间隔、提高后浇混凝土强度对结合面粘结强度有提高作用.
Through the loading experiments of the polyacrylonitrile fiber ceramsite concrete and the ordinary concrete Z-shaped specimen and the cubic tensile specimen, the influences of the bonding surface treatment method, the concrete strength and the pouring time interval on the bonding properties of the two kinds of concrete were studied. The results show that the treatment of the joint surface with the dew-material water-washing agent can save time and effort to improve the roughness of the joint surface and the shear strength of the Z-shaped specimen. For the tensile strength of the joint surface, The tensile strength of the interface between the granular concrete and the C40 concrete can be improved, but the tensile strength of the interface between the concrete and the C30 concrete can be reduced. After the final setting of the poured concrete ends, the pouring time of the two kinds of concrete is shortened, The strength of the bonding surface bonding strength to improve the role.
