人们对教学质量的关注越来越高,所以提升教育质量成为了学校及老师的一个重要目标。在学生的学习生涯中班主任的作用非常大,因为在学习期间,学生与班主任接触的时间是最多的,所以要求班主任在进行学生的教育时要采取重要的教育手段,对学生进行最社和的教育。赏识教育的提出给教育带来了一股清流,这样的教育能够实现学生的价值,同时能够促进学生的自信心,对学生有非常重要的影响,所以班主任在进行教育时,要积极运用这样的方法来进行学生的教育工作,下文主要就现在班主任对班主任的教育现状,对赏识教育在班主任工作中的运用进行了分析及探究。
