“订单”培养是高职教育在经过多年的校企合作,工学结合中摸索出来行之有效的重要的人才培养模式之一。既满足企业岗位技能的需要,实现校企双主体在人才培养过程中的同等重要作用。也满足学生就业需要,实现学生高端对口就业的愿望。订单班管理不仅是学校的教学管理和学生管理,还涉及到企业管理的问题,既要满足学校人才培养的需要,也要满足企业的生产管理要求。因此如何做好订单班的管理,显得尤为重要,成功与否不仅涉及学生利益,还会影响校企合作关系。本文对两年来学院自动化工程系与江苏中电科电气集团有限公司(以下简称“中电科”)订单班开展情况进行了总结和分析,为今后进一步做好订单班管理提供经验和参考意见。
“Order ” Training is one of the important training modes for higher vocational education which has been worked out after many years of school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination. Not only meet the needs of corporate job skills, to achieve the same dual role of school-enterprise personnel in the training process. It also meets the needs of students’ employment and achieves the desire of high-end counterparts for employment. Order management is not only the school’s teaching management and student management, but also involves the management of enterprises, both to meet the needs of school personnel training, but also to meet the production and management requirements of enterprises. Therefore, how to do a good job in the management of order classes is particularly important. Success or failure will not only involve the interests of students but also affect the cooperation between schools and enterprises. This article summarizes and analyzes the development of orders classes of College Automation Engineering Department and Jiangsu Zhongdianke Electric Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CLP Branch”) in the past two years, providing experiences and references for further order book management in the future opinion.
