从低能耗、高效率等方面入手,研制适合巷道摆放的高压小射流掏槽设备及配套装置:液压控制系统,包括液压马达、高压油管和防爆电机;远程监控系统,包括防爆计算机和防爆摄像仪;掏槽系统,包括高压枪嘴、传动装置、高压水管、高压水泵。通过实验室加压试验和行走实验,完善了装置的密封性和耐压性。现场试验数据表明:一定压力和流量的高压小射流具备破煤掏槽能力。掏槽深度随着射流压力的增加而增大,而一定压力下,增大流量更有利射流提高扩孔效果,可使更多孔底残留的煤块排出孔外,提高了掏槽速度。
From the aspects of low energy consumption and high efficiency, we developed a high-pressure small jet cutting equipment and supporting device suitable for roadway placement: hydraulic control system including hydraulic motor, high-pressure tubing and explosion-proof motor; remote monitoring system including explosion-proof computer and explosion proof camera Instrument; undercutting system, including high pressure gun mouth, transmission, high pressure water pipe, high pressure water pump. Through the laboratory pressure test and walk test, improve the device’s sealing and pressure resistance. Field test data show that: a certain pressure and flow of high-pressure small jet with coal cutting ability. Undercut pressure increases with the increase of jet pressure, and under a certain pressure, increasing the flow rate is more advantageous to enhance the effect of jet expansion, can make more hole bottom of the coal block discharge hole, increased undercutting speed.
