我省苏州、无锡、常州地区由于长期以来地下水的过量开采,致使地下水位持续下降,目前已形成约5500km~2的降落漏斗。在严重超采区,地下水位下降速率达3m/a,部分地方已进入地下水的疏干开采阶段,严重危及城市建设和沪宁铁路、沪宁高速公路等基础设施的安全。 根据江苏省人民政府关于加强苏锡常地区地下水资源管理的通知精神,保持地下水资源的自然平衡,控制地面下沉,防止地质灾害发生,急需对该地区的地下水资源作出正确评价,以便合理开发利
Due to the excessive exploitation of groundwater for a long time in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou in our province, the groundwater level has been continuously declining. At present, about 5,500 km ~ 2 of landing funnel has been formed. In serious overdraft areas, the rate of water table drop is 3m / a. Some areas have already entered the stage of sparse exploitation of groundwater, seriously threatening the urban construction and the safety of infrastructure such as Shanghai-Nanjing Railway and Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. According to the Notice of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government on Strengthening the Management of Groundwater Resources in the Area of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, Maintaining the Natural Balance of Groundwater Resources, Controlling Ground Subsidence and Preventing Geological Hazards, Groundwater Resources in the Area Need to be Correctly Appraised for Proper Development
