[目的]研究邯郸市社区卫生服务(Community Health Service,CHS)机构工作人员满意度现况,探索满意度影响因素,为制定促进人员工作满意度相关策略提供依据。[方法]运用现状调查方法,进行现场问卷调查。收集邯郸市103个社区卫生服务机构(中心25个、站78个)工作人员工作满意度的相关数据,进行统计学分析。[结果]邯郸市社区卫生服务机构医务人员工作总的满意程度较高,学历、机构类型等是卫技人员工作满意度的影响因素。[结论]邯郸市CHS人员工作满意度受多方面因素影响,满意度有待进一步提高。
[Objective] To investigate the current situation of staff satisfaction in Community Health Service (CHS) institutions in Handan and explore the influencing factors of satisfaction, and provide the basis for formulating strategies to promote the job satisfaction of staff. [Methods] The current situation survey method was used to conduct on-site questionnaire survey. The data of job satisfaction of 103 community health service agencies (center 25, station 78) in Handan City were collected and statistically analyzed. [Results] The total satisfaction of medical workers in community health service agencies in Handan was higher, and the qualifications and institutions were the influencing factors of job satisfaction of health workers. [Conclusion] The job satisfaction of CHS staff in Handan City is affected by many factors and the satisfaction needs to be further improved.
