我厂在试制新产品CA6163过程中,有如图1所示的凸轮盘零件。该零件装在机床溜板箱内,其作用是将手柄的转动,变为铜瓦的上下开合运动,以确保铜瓦与丝互的正确啮合。设计要求该零件应具有如下特点: 1.凸轮曲线两侧面光滑,光洁度应达▽ 5,以保证操作灵活; 2.凸轮两曲线必须对称,对称度为0.3mm,以保证铜瓦与丝杠的正确啮合; 3.凸轮曲线育一定的自锁能力,以保证铜瓦与丝杠在工作过程中不能自动离合(此项要求,由曲线形状来保证)。一、传统的加工方法
