以山西天地王坡公司的内部控制建设实践为案例,通过对煤炭企业在新形势下加强内部控制建设的必要性分析,认为建立并完善内部控制体系,可为煤炭企业做大做强奠定基础。
Taking the construction practice of internal control of Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Company as a case, through analyzing the necessity of strengthening the internal control construction under the new situation of coal enterprises, we think that setting up and perfecting the internal control system can lay the foundation for the coal enterprises to become bigger and stronger.
