采用密实骨架堆积法对清水混凝土进行配合比设计,利用粗细骨料与粉煤灰按照大小粒径致密堆积在一起,获得混凝土中骨料间的最小空隙VV,再利用VV来控制混凝土中的浆体用量VP,从而达到提高混凝土自身致密性,同时减少混凝土中水泥用量和单位用水量的目的。文章比较了不同n值和水胶比的混凝土工作性能,试验结果表明在水胶比为0.32、n值为1.2时混凝土工作性能好,且此时的混凝土总体孔隙率低、孔径分布好,混凝土的外观质量亦满足清水混凝土要求。
