西洋梨(“赛克尔”品种)的茎尖,在加有6—苄基腺嘌吟(BA)、赤霉酸(GA_3)和萘乙酸(NAA)的MS培养基中增殖已获成效。将幼茎在单加2毫克/升BA的MS培养基中继代培养,可使幼茎达到最高的增殖率。各个幼茎转移到加有NAA的MS培养基中已顺利地生了根。小植株也已成功地转入土壤。

The shoot tips of Western pear (“Sikel”) were propagated in MS medium supplemented with 6-benzyladenine (BA), gibberellic acid (GA_3) and NAA Effective. The young stems were subcultured in MS medium supplemented with 2 mg / L BA to achieve the highest proliferation rate of young stems. All young shoots were successfully rooted in NAA-supplemented MS medium. Plantlets have also been successfully transferred into the soil.
