妊娠复发性黄疸临床上较少见,且容易误诊为妊娠合并黄疸型肝炎,我院遇见1例,特报告如下: 患者葛××,女,27岁。妊娠六个月,因皮肤瘙痒1月余,巩膜黄染20余日,于1983年3月27日入院。患者妊娠五个月时开始全身皮肤瘙痒,20天前感觉全身疲乏,食纳减少,巩膜黄染,尿色如浓茶,但无畏寒发热和呕吐。患者于1981年第一次妊娠,孕至五个月时因巩膜黄染,皮肤瘙痒在某医院诊断为妊娠
