This paper discusses the whole process and retrieval function of the construction of rare earth bibliographic database, and gives an overview of the retrieval service of rare earth bibliographies for nearly 200 domestic and foreign users since the achievement appraisal, and the significance of the construction of rare earth bibliographic database.
