针对高速冲床传动系统寿命较长、可靠性试验成本较高的特点,研究了基于性能退化数据的传动系统可靠性评估方法.根据传动系统的工作特性选择了下死点动态精度作为衡量性能退化的特征参数,搭建了相应的测试系统.对退化机理进行了分析,在此基础上利用漂移布朗运动模型对传动系统动态精度退化量进行建模,基于退化数据估计模型中的参数,进而利用所建模型评估得到传动系统寿命和可靠性指标.采用实测数据对所提出的方法进行验证,结果表明:该方法在没有寿命数据的情况下评估得到了高速冲床传动系统的寿命和可靠性指标,可节约试验经费和时间.
