我廳根據工作需要,已設立資料科,負責搜集、研究、整理和保管省府工作中的各種資料,及時提供領導參考;負責‘江西政報’‘江西省人民政府法令彙編’‘江西省大事記’的具體編輯工作。為便利其進行工作,特函請各機關給予協助,並請經常寄送下列材料: 一、省府直屬各機關今後發佈重要指示、决定、辦法、規定等有關全省性的文件,共有編入‘江西省人民政府法令彙編’的必要,或值得在‘江西政報’上發表者。二、省級各撥關有必要在‘江西省大事記’予以記載的重要工作活動,特別是各種重要會議情况,請寫給我廳。 (我廳資料科已着手編寫‘省政動態’——並已從‘江西政報’第六九期起陸續發表,以作編寫‘江西省大事記’的基礎。請各機關對此加以研究,提出補充或修正意見寄給我廳。) 三、省級各機關在工作中所編寫的各種情况報導,如旬報、半月報、月報及其他不定期的情况報導等材料。上述文件、資料,只作研究、整理或編輯‘江西政報’‘江西省人民政府法令彙編’‘江西省大事記’之用,不作祕書處理;並請逕寄我廳脊料科收取。
