随着建筑行业的发展,水利水电工程项目也日益增多,伴随着工程实施的进行,项目管理的重要性也日渐显露出来。水利水电工程施工管理是以科学作为管理手段的一个体系,有规划、有步骤、循序渐进的管理才能够保证水利工程整个施工过程能够顺利进行下去。本文将从水利水电工程现状入手,分别讨论质量管理与安全管理存在的问题,并提出相应的管理措施,最后为水利水电工程施工管理提供值得参考的意见,为其长远的发展提出相关的评论。
With the development of the construction industry, water conservancy and hydropower projects are also increasing day by day. With the implementation of the project, the importance of project management has become increasingly apparent. Water conservancy and hydropower project construction management is a system of management as a means of science, planning, steps, step by step management to ensure that the entire construction process of water conservancy project can proceed smoothly.
