Objective: To investigate the correlation between p53 expression and clinicopathological features in young patients with breast cancer. Methods: 35 cases of breast cancer patients less than 35 years old in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, and the breast cancer patients over 35 years old were selected as the control group. The pathological grade, the number of lymph node metastasis and the positive rate of P53 in the two groups were compared. Results: The positive rate of P53 in experimental group was 82.86%, higher than that in control group (65.71%), P <0.05. The positive rate of P53 increased with the increase of pathological grade and lymph node metastasis, and was positively correlated by statistical analysis (P <0.05). Conclusion: P53 expression in young patients with breast cancer is positively correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis. Therefore, the expression of p53 contributes to the prognosis of young patients with breast cancer.
