目的通过对医院降血脂类药物的应用分析,为临床上合理应用降血脂药物提供参考。方法对医院2013年1月-2015年12月调血脂药物使用数量、消售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)及构成比进行统计、分析。结果 2013~2015年阿托伐他汀钙片(立普妥)销售金额居调脂药的首位,并且逐年显著增加,中成药的DDDs逐年下降。结论我院调血脂药的使用情况基本合理,但也存在临床上对调脂药认识不足和使用不合理的现象。
Objective To analyze the application of anti-hyperlipidemic drugs in hospitals to provide reference for rational use of anti-hyperlipidemic drugs in clinic. Methods Statistics and analysis were performed on the number of lipid-lowering drugs, the amount of sales, the frequency of medication (DDDs), the DDC and constituent ratio of the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 in the hospital. Results The sales amount of atorvastatin calcium tablets (Lipitor) ranked the first place in 2013-2015, and increased significantly year by year. The DDDs of proprietary Chinese medicines decreased year by year. Conclusion The usage of lipid-lowering drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable, but there is also a lack of understanding and unreasonable use of lipid-lowering drugs in clinical practice.
