运用科学的发展观重新审视当前工作 坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展,对于抓住振兴东北老工业基地的战略机遇,提高“大大连”建设水平,具有十分重要的意义,我们必须运用科学的发展观重新审视当前工作。
Use the Scientific Outlook on Development to Review the Current Work Upholding People First, Establishing a Comprehensive, Coordinated and Sustainable Outlook on Development, Promoting Economic, Social and All-round Development of People; Seizing the Strategic Opportunity of Revitalizing the Old Northeast Industrial Base and Enhancing the Construction of “Greater Dalian” Level, which is of great significance. We must re-examine the current work with a scientific outlook on development.
