职业属性是法学教育的本质属性。新职业主义对传统职业教育进行了重大变革。以新职业主义视角考察我国法学教育,会发现存在很多突出问题。为此,我国法学教育应从理念、模式、方法、考核等方面进行合理改革和完善。
Occupational attribute is the essential attribute of legal education. Neo-professionalism has made major changes to traditional vocational education. Examining the legal education in our country from the perspective of a new professionalism, we find that there are many outstanding problems. To this end, our legal education should carry out reasonable reforms and improvements in philosophy, mode, methodology and assessment.
