Autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (APBSCT) has become more and more important in the treatment of malignant solid tumors, and may have long-term survival in patients with malignant lymphoma (ML). The pretreatment program is one of the keys to the success or failure of APBSCT. We used the MAC protocol to treat 5 patients with ML.
