给出了水火弯板变形中的面内扭曲、沿板宽方向变化的横向收缩及沿板长方向变化的纵向收缩的描述函数。实验测量及有限元计算结果揭示了水火弯板变形中存在的、为一般研究所忽略的面内扭曲变形及纵向收缩变形 ,指出横向收缩变形也沿板长方向变化。大量有限元计算结果表明 ,各种影响因素下的扭曲变形及收缩变形都可以用函数描述。通过计算结果的回归分析 ,得到了这些函数。
The description function of the in-plane twist, the lateral shrinkage along the width direction of the board and the longitudinal shrinkage along the length of the board are given. The experimental measurements and the results of finite element analysis reveal the in-plane distortion and longitudinal contraction deformation that exist in the deformation of fire and water bending plates. It is pointed out that the transverse contraction deformation also varies along the length of the plate. The results of a large number of finite element calculations show that the torsional deformation and the shrinkage deformation under various influencing factors can be described by functions. Through the regression analysis of the calculated results, these functions are obtained.
