芦刘沟,流域面积47.9km~2,是渭河水系葫芦河流域西小河的一条支沟,属黄土丘陵沟壑区第三副区,高程1300～1800m。包括甘肃省秦安、甘谷、天水三县的三个乡。流域内共有22个行政村,2036户,10722人,农业劳力4195人,平均每km~2 224人。 1980年前,芦刘沟主要是以种植粮食的单一农业经济(见表1),农地面积比重大,占总土地面积58.5％,林、牧业用地只占4.2％及1.6％。
Lu Liu Gou, the drainage area of 47.9km ~ 2, is a tributary of the Weihe River Gully River West Creek, is the loess hilly and gully area of the third sub-district, elevation 1300 ~ 1800m. Including Gansu Province Qin’an, Gan Valley, Tianshui three counties in three townships. There are 22 administrative villages, 2036 households and 10722 people in the basin, with 4195 agricultural laborers, with an average of 2 224 people per km. Before 1980, Lu Liu Valley was mainly a single agricultural economy where food was cultivated (see Table 1). The proportion of agricultural land was large, accounting for 58.5% of the total land area, while only 4.2% and 1.6% were for forest and animal husbandry.
